Consultation and Home Evaluation Services Getting Started: Artistic Staging and Redesign will begin this process by coming to your home to thoroughly evaluate the properties' staging needs; this can take two - three hours. The consultation begins with an initial walk through of your home to view the home's layout, style and architectural detail. The Home Evaluation Report will note in each room, specific details, highlighting the positive changes necessary to showcase the home to its fullest potential. Artistic Staging and Redesign will take photographs and notes during our first meeting. This information is used to compile the Evaluation Report for the homeowner. The homeowner may contract Artistic Staging and Redesign to provide the staging or the homeowner can choose to complete the staging process on their own time and budget. If you are good with "to do lists" this is your most affordable way to get your home showcase ready. If you choose this method, and your home needs home improvements or home repairs, Artistic Staging and Redesign will provide a list of tradesman resources.

The detailed walk through includes: * Every room in the home will be evaluated *Listing of repairs needed *Items needing to be cleaned *Lighting *Addressing window treatments *De-Cluttering (including rearranging mantels, display cases and bookcases) *Recommendations of rearrangement of existing furniture, purchasing additional furniture or rental furniture to be brought into the home *Suggestions for organizing closets and storage areas *Discussion regarding paint colors (if necessary) *Improvement suggestions on curb appeal, overall landscaping, and suggestions on garage and storage shed organizing Full Home Evaulation and Consultation fee ranges from $120.00 to $250.00. You can determine at the end of the consultation which parts of the staging project you will need our involvement. In staging your home, we will make every effort to use your existing furniture and accessories. Artistic Staging and Redesign does not keep its own inventory of furniture. Artistic Staging and Redesign prefers to source items specifically for each home and its target market, making your home special and unique to your competition.
